All orders are final sale.

The color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. Colors may appear to you slightly different than they are. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item, please feel free to contact me.

All of our items are hand made and inspected before shipping. If the item doesn't fit, we have a "7 day after arrival" exchange policy to have it re-sized. Please contact me before returning an item.

Exchanges 
We only replace items or give a store credit (not refund) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wfinejewelrypr.com and send your item to: 224 Villas del Golf, Gurabo PR 00778, United States.

Shipping

Orders usually take 6-10 business days to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We offer shipping insurance in order for a seamless process to ensue in case items get lost during shipping. 

Please keep in mind that W Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any item that has been missing or lost from the moment the item is dropped off for shipping. An insurance and tracking number will be provided to you if you choose First Class Shipping Method. Orders $20 or less can choose Economic Shipping but is important that you know that this Shipping Method do not include Tracking Number and you can't track it.

If your order is $50 or more we recommend to purchase shipping insurance. In case an item has become missing or lost, it is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps with the United States Postal Service and file an insurance claim.
